HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

You may return Products purchased on The Body Shop Online Store by contacting the UK Customer Care Centre by email, phone or post.

Returns Form: To return any Product (by contacting the Customer Care Centre) whether because you simply changed your mind or because the Product was faulty or incorrect, please use the online Returns Form OR via a link in your delivery email OR order confirmation email.

Please be aware that it is not currently possible to return in person to a UK store an order or a Product purchased on The Body Shop Online Store.

The following information will be required when returning your Products:

  • Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
  • Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number, with the following sections completed:
    • List and description of the Products to be returned
    • Reason given for returning the Products
  • Completed Returns Form
  • Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered Products (this does not apply for returns by post to the UK Online Care Centre for change of mind).

If you are returning the Products by post to the UK Online Care Centre please note:

  • It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us
  • Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that Products are not damaged in transit
  • You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance to ensure that the returned Products will arrive back with us to enable us to process the return.
